Terms of stay

Guests are required to check in at 2:00 p.m., and rooms must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. Late check-out will incur an hourly fee of 200 baht, with any portion of time exceeding 15 minutes counted as a full hour, as per the hotel's policy.
Upon check-in, all guests must present their ID card or passport (for non-nationals) and settle the room payment, including a key card security deposit of 500 baht. This security deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out and return of the key card to the hotel.
Guests are required to adhere to the specified maximum occupancy limit. Any violation of this policy will result in a fine of 1,000 baht per person. Children aged 0-4 years can stay free of charge, limited to one child per existing bed in the room.
An extra bed service is available at a rate of 1,000 baht per bed per night, inclusive of breakfast.
The following items are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises: pets, flammable objects, dangerous chemicals, explosives, weapons, durian, and food with strong odors.
Cooking is not permitted within the accommodation area.
Please avoid creating noise disturbances for other guests between the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m
Guests are kindly requested not to relocate furniture or items from the room without prior authorization. In the event of loss or damage to hotel property, compensation will be required based on the item's value.
The hotel does not accept liability for damages or loss of guests' valuables under any circumstances. Should any property be found within the hotel premises, it will be securely held for a period of 90 days, during which the rightful owner, able to provide evidence of ownership, may claim it. If this time period elapses without retrieval, the hotel reserves the right to handle the stored property as deemed appropriate. It should be noted that the hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss occurring during the storage duration.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the rooms. Violators will incur a fine of 2,000 baht.
